Booking & Service Policy

All services at BrandedByShan are booked in advance through our official inquiry or booking form. A project is only considered confirmed once deposit/payment is received and the onboarding form is completed.

We do not accept same-day or walk-in requests. All bookings are scheduled based on availability and project scope.

2. Full Payment Policy

BrandedByShan operates under a strict full-payment policy.

  • Full payment is required before work begins.
  • Payment plans are no longer accepted.
  • No concepts, drafts, previews, or final files will be delivered without completed payment.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

Because digital design services involve creative labor, time, planning, and strategy, refunds will not be issued once work has begun — regardless of the project's status.

If a client chooses to cancel after work has begun:

  • Any work already created remains the property of BrandedByShan
  • No partial refunds will be provided
  • Files will not be released

Chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals will result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Permanent refusal of future bookings
  • Legal action if necessary

3. Project Start Requirements

To begin your project, clients must complete the following:
  • Signed agreement or policy acceptance
  • Completed client questionnaire
  • Full payment 
  • All brand assets (logos, images, content, etc.)
Projects will not begin until all requirements are submitted.

4. Communication Policy

All communication is handled via email or designated business platform only.

  • Response time: 24–48 business hours
  • No DMs for project updates
  • One point of contact per project
  • Clear, organized communication is required for smooth delivery

5. Turnaround Time Policy

Each project has a set turnaround time based on service type:
  • Logos & small designs: 3–5 business days
  • Branding packages: 5–10 business days
  • Websites: 10–21 business days
Turnaround time begins only after all project requirements are received.

Delays in communication or materials may extend delivery time.


6. Revision Policy

Each service includes a set number of revisions:

  • Logo design: 2–3 revisions
  • Branding/web design: 2–4 revisions
Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.

Major concept changes may require a new project scope

7. Creative Direction Policy

BrandedByShan operates as a creative-led studio.

While client input is valued, final creative direction is guided by professional expertise to ensure high-quality, cohesive branding.

We do not replicate other designs or brands. All work is original and curated with intention.

8. Rush Order Policy

Rush services are available based on availability and will include an additional rush fee.

Rush orders prioritize your project ahead of the standard queue but do not bypass the requirement for full materials and payment.

Not all projects are eligible for rush completion

9. Website Design Policy

Website projects include design, structure, and basic setup only unless otherwise stated.

  • Content must be provided by client
  • Integrations (booking, email, etc.) must be requested upfront
  • Additional pages or features will be billed separately
  • Final launch occurs after full approval and payment completion

10. File delivery Policy

Final files are delivered digitally via email or secure link.

You will receive:
  • Final design files (PNG, PDF, JPG as applicable)
  • Website access (if applicable)
  • Brand assets (if included in package)
Editable source files are only included if stated in your package.

11. Client Responsibility Policy

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Submitting content on time
  • Reviewing drafts carefully
  • Responding within project timelines
Delays caused by missing content or communication are not the responsibility of BrandedByShan.

12. Project Abandonment Policy

If a client becomes unresponsive for 10–14 days:

  • Project will be placed on hold
  • After 30 days of inactivity, the project is considered abandoned
  • Abandoned projects require a restart fee to resume

No refunds are issued for abandoned projects.

13. Copyright & Usage Policy

All designs remain the intellectual property of BrandedByShan until full payment is received.

Once completed:
  • Client receives usage rights for their business
  • BrandedByShan retains rights to display work in portfolio and marketing
  • Designs may not be resold or redistributed as templates

14. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable due to the digital and custom nature of services.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Projects canceled mid-process are not eligible for refunds
  • You may pause and reschedule your project if needed
We invest time, creativity, and strategy into every project.

15. Policy Agreement

By booking a service with BrandedByShan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.

Your payment serves as digital acceptance of these terms.
